Easy to use, I chose this one for the price and was pleasantly surprised to find that it felt higher quality, more sturdy than I imagined. I use this on my neck daily and it helps so much. I would buy this again or even gift it to a friend who could use it !!!

Like a slice of heaven! After a bad car wreck this thing is as life saver after my surgeries on my neck. I get very knotted with not just stress but scar tissue as well. it has taken all of the knots out after just a couple of uses, and I’m curious if it’s actually breaking the scar tissue down. I’ve been in so much pain I can’t believe I didn’t buy this sooner. No more asking a friend just put pressure right here at the base of my neck. I can do it myself with this. Also use the handle backwards to just slide down your back and just relaxes you. My favorite thing about the way it’s made is you can put as much pressure as you can endure or light pressure if you don’t like massages. Very durable and well made. Great product. Even use on my pets. With the bar just to slide across their backs lightly and they love it!

Cool. I can never ask my husband for a neck massage because I literally need the strength of a thousand steam rollers working against my neck muscles or else it just sucks and doesn't do anything for me. This little device is amazing! The leverage is excellent, allowing you to squeeze the living daylights out of your neck all on your own! Quality is great, it feels sturdy as heck. I've had it for months and have used and abused it on my concrete neck and it has held up completely fine. No signs of wear.
