    We do charge a minimal shipping fee for all item shipped using the standard shipping.  However, If you would like your items to be shipped with a faster courier like DHL, Fedex, UPS, among others, kindly contact us for extra shipping charges before ordering.

    We use Paypal as our payment processor. PayPal is a service that enables you to pay or send money without revealing your financial information to a merchant. Paypal also offers a 180 days money back guarantee. You can always claim for a refund up to a period of 180 days from the time of payment, if you do not receive your order.

    For items shipped using the standard method, the delivery time is within 7-20 business days plus 2-3 processing days. For items shipped via other courier like DHL, Fedex, the delivery time is within 2-7 days. We will offer you a tracking number to monitor your parcel online once your item is shipped.

    All our customer data is encrypted with SSL on www.donshopping.com.  However, we do not process any payment on this store. All payments are processed through a third party payment processor, which in this case is Paypal. Your data will be handled confidentially and encrypted with SSL through this website as well as Paypal.

    After ordering, you will receive a confirmation email from us confirming your order. We will then proceed and prepare your order for shipment. We will also provide you with a tracking number so that you can be able to monitor your parcel online.

    Yes. An invoice will automatically be generated by the system after your order. Kindly make sure your keep the transaction receipt as proof of your payment until the time you receive your order.
