I get uncomfortably hot facial flushing and out of desperation tried these out once - they are a godsend, they really do cool you down. It's imbued with menthol or similar so feels genuinely really cold and stays cold for ages (I was surprised just how long it stayed cold for). Adheres to the skin well but gently, so like it won't fall off but it's easy to remove when you're done. Would be great for forehead headaches too. Menthol smells nice too/feels like it clears your sinuses as well. Definitely recommend at least trying once!
